Michael is a finance and operations executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across Asia, holding CFO and COO roles in multinational and regional companies with revenues ranging from $35M to $1B.

At Lotus Ledger, Michael focuses on optimizing accounting and financial reporting, building efficient operational frameworks, and leading data-driven strategies that enhance performance and drive sustainable growth. He leverages deep expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, and strategic advisory to support clients in real estate, hospitality, technology, distribution, agriculture, legal services, and retail.

Earlier in his career, Michael led more than $1.5 billion in real estate development projects in California, partnering with institutional investors and global firms including BlackRock (BLK), GE Capital (GE), Equity Residential (EQR), CalPERS, Greystar, Pembroke, Devonshire Partners, and AstraZeneca (AZN).
