Our founders, Michael Hryciw and Chararin Green, bring over 30 years of combined executive leadership experience across diverse industries in Asia. With a shared vision for providing clear, actionable financial guidance, they founded Lotus Ledger to offer a cost-effective and balanced approach—combining the personalized service of smaller providers with the expertise of larger firms.
Michael P Hryciw
Michael is a finance and operations executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across Asia, holding CFO and COO roles in multinational and regional companies with revenues ranging from $35M to $1B.
At Lotus Ledger, Michael focuses on optimizing accounting and financial reporting, building efficient operational frameworks, and leading data-driven strategies that enhance performance and drive sustainable growth. He leverages deep expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, and strategic advisory to support clients in real estate, hospitality, technology, distribution, agriculture, legal services, and retail.
Earlier in his career, Michael led more than $1.5 billion in real estate development projects in California, partnering with institutional investors and global firms including BlackRock (BLK), GE Capital (GE), Equity Residential (EQR), CalPERS, Greystar, Pembroke, Devonshire Partners, and AstraZeneca (AZN).
Chararin Green
With over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, Chararin is the founder of Chayapat Studio Co., Ltd., a premier provider of commercial kitchen equipment and custom-built kitchens.
She has a strong track record in business development and operations, consistently delivering innovative, high-quality solutions tailored to the needs of clients in both the hospitality and residential sectors.
Her expertise lies in creating efficient, functional kitchen spaces that enhance workflow and meet industry standards, making her a trusted partner for businesses and homeowners alike.
